| Aroma: | A nose that demands attention. Immediately there is an aroma of black cherries, aniseed and cigar box with sweet dense fruit. |
Palate:
The palate is very rich and textural with a great deal of natural flavour. The fruit is lifted with dark and dense olive tapenade, black pepper and liquorice fruit. The blackberry and cinnamon notes dance around in the back of the palate with the oak adding complexity to the palate and tannin structure.
The perfect harmony of the wine is a testimony to the pedigree of the fruit.
Cellaring:
This wine will continue to develop over the next 15 years. We recommend decanting for full palate development.
