Palate:
The palate is rich and dense and shows loads of primary fruits such as plums and raspberries. Tight long and fine tannins provide the backbone of the fruit to dance on. Subtle oak influence adds yet another layer of complexity to the wine. A great balanced wine of regional and varietal typicity.
Cellaring:
This wine is drinking beautifully now but will benefit from another 5 - 7 years in the cellar.
