True to being a Barossa Valley business, all aspects of Simpatico Wines production is completed locally, with all work being completed almost on the doorstep of where our grapes are grown.
As well as all of our grapes being grown in the heart of the Valley, grape crushing, fermentation, winemaking, label production, and bottling of our wine is all completed locally. We are passionate about Barossa Valley products, and prefer the involvement of our Barossa people, including our production being completed locally.
We of course work with locals to ensure our grapes are harvested at the right time, and the vines are pruned at the right time during winter. Don’t be surprised to see one of our team testing the grape quality at 9pm one night, picking grapes at 5am on the day of harvest, or even pruning the vines during the 11pm cool of an early winter evening … whatever it takes to ensure timely quality production of Simpatico Wines products!
